Return eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition with all parts included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@getpodfresh.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take a few extra days to appear.

Exchanges

  • Need a replacement? We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.
  • Defective or incorrect items? We cover all shipping costs both ways.
